How it works

The same stages from two sides: the company that orders an escort pilot and the company that provides it. One company can hold both roles.

For clients

  1. Sign-up

    Create an account with e-mail and password, enter your company details and a Polish NIP or German VAT ID — we check it automatically. You get a 30-day trial.

  2. Profile and documents

    A contact person and phone number are enough to post jobs. Upload company documents (e.g. business register entry, licence, carrier’s or forwarder’s liability insurance) when you want the “Verified” badge.

  3. Job

    Enter start and destination, dates, load dimensions and weight, cargo, who holds the permit and the rate: per km, flat or negotiable, in PLN or EUR. The escort count is suggested automatically. You can show the job to trusted escort pilots first.

  4. Acceptance or offers

    With “Instant acceptance”, the first matching escort pilot takes the slot. With “Collect offers”, you choose an offer for each slot separately. Invite recommended nearby escort pilots and those with announced availability in one click.

  5. Chat and job documents

    After acceptance, the chat connects you with the accepted escort pilots — you can attach the permit and photos. Download the job as a PDF.

  6. Execution

    The escort pilot marks start and finish from their phone and you confirm completion. Without confirmation the job closes automatically 48 hours after the planned end.

  7. Ratings

    Within 30 days of completion you rate each other with 1 to 5 stars and a comment.

For escort pilots

  1. Sign-up

    Create an account with e-mail and password, enter your company details and NIP or VAT ID. A self-employed escort pilot is a company with one pilot and one vehicle. You get a 30-day trial.

  2. Pilots, vehicles and documents

    Add at least one pilot and one qualified vehicle (in Germany: BF class), your base and the radius you want jobs from. Upload pilot and vehicle documents for approval.

  3. Exchange

    Browse jobs as a list and on a map, save filters and get notified about new matching jobs. You can also announce free vehicles so clients invite you directly.

  4. Acceptance or offer

    Accept a job at the stated rate or send an offer for one or all slots. Assign a specific pilot and vehicle to each slot.

  5. Chat

    Before acceptance you can ask questions — contacts in the chat are masked. After acceptance you see contact details and the driver’s phone, and the job goes into your calendar.

  6. Execution

    You get a reminder before the start. Mark the start and finish of the escort from your phone.

  7. Ratings

    Rate the client and mark whether they paid on time. Your ratings and completed jobs build your profile and lead to the “Verified” badge.
