An exchange for escort jobs for oversize transport in Poland and Germany. Clients post jobs, escort companies accept them or send offers, and after the job both sides rate each other.

Companies: hauliers, forwarders and escort companies, including sole traders. Accounts are per company — with a Polish NIP or a German VAT ID, checked automatically. A company can be a client, an escort provider, or both.

No. The driver’s phone, the company’s phone numbers and e-mails and the contact person are shown only after an escort pilot has been accepted for the job. Before that, the company name, profile and ratings are public, and phone numbers and e-mail addresses typed into the chat are masked automatically.

A company gets it when two conditions are met: a complete set of valid documents approved by an administrator (for escort companies also at least one pilot and one vehicle with complete documents) and more than 15 completed jobs rated by the other side. The same pair of companies counts at most 3 times. If a document expires, the badge disappears until a new one is uploaded.

Yes. Jobs can be domestic in Poland, domestic in Germany, or cross-border PL → DE and DE → PL. A route is split into national sections: one company can cover the whole route, or a Polish escort pilot takes it to the border and a German one with the right BF class continues. The app is available in Polish, English and German.

In Poland Gabaro suggests the number under the regulation: 1 escort pilot when the vehicle combination is longer than 23 m, wider than 3.20 m, higher than 4.50 m or heavier than 60 t gross; 2 escort pilots (front and rear) above 30 m, 3.60 m, 4.70 m or 80 t. In Germany the permit defines the requirements — you select the BF class and number of vehicles from it. You can change the suggestion; the permit conditions always prevail.

No. You agree the rate in the job or offer and settle payment directly between companies. After the job the escort pilot marks whether payment was on time — this builds the score on the client’s profile.

Every new company automatically gets a 30-day trial that includes posting and accepting jobs. No card required. 7 days before it ends you see a reminder in the app. After the trial your account stays — you can browse the exchange, and you need a plan to post or accept jobs.

After logging in, open “Subscription”, choose a plan and click “Request activation”. Online payments are not available yet — an administrator activates the plan and contacts you about billing.

We store data on servers in the European Union and process it in line with the GDPR. Company documents are not public — only your company and the administrator who approves them can see them. Details are in the privacy policy.

Write to kontakt@giekadigital.pl from the e-mail address linked to your account. An administrator deletes the account and company data — this version does not yet have a self-service delete button.

Yes — as push notifications. Gabaro runs in the browser and you can add it to your phone’s home screen, with no app store install. You enable push in notification settings, separately on each device; on an iPhone this requires adding Gabaro to the home screen. You also get e-mails. We do not send text messages.
